This Privacy Policy explains how ArvoPeak handles information for Budget Tracker: Expense Manager.

Information We Collect

When you use the app, we may collect your name, email address, password hash, currency preference, theme preference, and support messages. If you enter finance records, we store the information you provide, such as income, expenses, custom categories, budgets, savings goals, notes, dates, and payment method labels.

We do not ask for bank login credentials, precise location, contacts, SMS, camera, microphone, or government ID in this version of the app.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and secure your account, sync your app data, show reports and budget insights, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share limited data with hosting, database, email, or security service providers only as needed to operate the app, or when required by law.

Security

The app is designed to transmit account and finance data over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. No online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device protected.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request account deletion from inside the app under Settings, or from the public account deletion page at https://www.arvopeak.com/budgettracker/account-deletion. When deletion is completed, account records and app data associated with that account are removed unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Children

The app is intended for general personal finance use and is not directed to children.
