Free products, free-tier plans, and free plugin downloads are not subject to this policy as no payment is collected.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date and have not violated our Terms of Service, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
