Our commitment: We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied, reach out within the refund window and we'll make it right.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid digital products sold by ArvoPeak ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to:

  • Shopify app subscriptions and one-time purchases (e.g. RankPilot: AI SEO Optimizer)
  • WordPress plugin premium licenses (when applicable)
  • AI tool credits or plan upgrades sold via CachePlex.com
  • Any other digital products or software licenses purchased from ArvoPeak

Free products, free-tier plans, and free plugin downloads are not subject to this policy as no payment is collected.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date and have not violated our Terms of Service, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Requests made after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your name and email address used for purchase
  • The product name and date of purchase
  • Your order/transaction ID (if available)
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscription plans (e.g. Monthly Pro on CachePlex):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a subscription period, except within the 7-day refund window from the original purchase date.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
  • The product has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for abuse
  • A refund has previously been issued for the same product

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle's systems and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
